Sagor Mondol

Sagor founded Tensiflex after years of watching ML teams stall at the last mile — between a working notebook and a billable, governed product on AWS Marketplace. The company exists to close that gap.

He works hands-on across SageMaker deployments, A2I human-review workflows, and Marketplace listing strategy. Before Tensiflex he led production ML and Marketplace go-to-market for venture-backed AI companies serving fintech, healthcare, and document AI.

Do you work in our AWS account or your own?
In your account, always. We onboard via cross-account roles with least-privilege IAM and tear them down at the end of the engagement. We never hold your data.
How do you bill — fixed-price or T&M?
Both. Fixed-price for clearly scoped Marketplace listings and migrations. T&M for open-ended ML platform work. Either can be sold through AWS Marketplace as a Professional Services listing.
Is your A2I workforce yours, or subcontracted?
Ours, end to end. Reviewers are W-2 or contracted directly with Tensiflex, NDAs on file, with PII-cleared sub-pools where needed. We can produce audit reports on request.
Can you help us list on Marketplace if we are not US-based?
Yes. AWS Marketplace supports sellers in 70+ countries. We help with disbursement setup, tax interview, and any region-specific contracting requirements.
How fast can we go live?
Median 6 weeks for a first ML or SaaS listing on AWS Marketplace, assuming your model and packaging are ready. Custom SageMaker deployments range from 4 to 12 weeks depending on data and security scope.
Do you sign HIPAA BAAs and SOC 2 attestations?
We sign HIPAA BAAs for engagements that require them. We provide a SOC 2 Type II attestation under NDA and operate to AWS Well-Architected security pillar guidance.
